My X5 is titan silver with standard tiger claw alloys in silver. What do you think to having the wheels redone in either black or dark grey?

In my opinion not black, makes cars look a bit Chavy, ( you know what I mean ).
Maybe a slightly darker silver or go for it with a shadow chrome finish, you won't really know until they're on the car, then it's too late I suppose.
Have a search for images of cars with that combination

I saw this in Majorca last summer. I thought it looked pretty good.

Seconded. Personally, having twice made the mistake of having wheels done in anthracite, I wouldn't go darker than Ferric Grey.

You can look at a million images on the 'net but until you see the colour for real you won't get a true "feel" for it.

I had a set of Ferric grey wheels on my E53 they were the best colour for the car although it was black !
Have you thought about changing the wheels ? Have my old winter wheels for sale .( pm for pictures )
