just like to say hi ... taken the plunge with 2004 3.0d sport. glad iv found you guys as this place is a mecca for information .... im under instruction from the wife to get a rear view camera fitted pronto.... i just want to drive it.

thanks for the response people... iv already got the reversing camera but didnt fancy fitting it myself so took it to my local bmw specialist..............mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm maybe iv just made a big big mistake

im well gutted folks....... i should have had a go at it myself but iv learned the hard way...... it cost me £250.......arrrrrrrrrrrr... i also asked them to activate the webasto so i can have some heat in the mornings... recon they tried but the computer wouldnt let them do it..????????????? also asked them to switch off the auto locking .......again computer wouldnt let them do it ????????????? asked them to enable vr ........... computer wouldnt let them do it ......... asked them why my phone book wont download into the bluetooth system as it did last week ............. no answer ....... only had the x5 a week and iv learned the people on here know more than the dealers........ stop laffing you lot
