Purchasing from BMW connecteddrive? Invalid or Incomplete Information

Has anyone managed to get the BMW connected drive website to work?

I'm trying to purchase a 1year connected package plus (£99) for my 2015 F15 (NBT). To get the RTTI and map updates. But the stupid website just keeps telling me my details are invalid or incomplete (Every field is filled in and i like to think I know my own name and address so not invalid).

Works fine for my F46 and E71.

Sometimes it can be errors with cookies, the browser or whatever the Dealer put in to start with. I use an Ad Blocker and had to create special rules to get it to work in my iPad.

BMW could just a likely have messed it up as there was a period some months back after an update that messed a lot of functionality up for more than a month.

I needed a Dealer visit to fix that and my on line user manual no longer recognises the VIN. Well done BMW!
