Nearside door mirror kerb view when reversing (RHD)

Car as below. I think the above facility looks quite useful, and I don't appear to have it on my car. However I haven't found it easy to get the full story on this. Was it a separate option (I have #313)? Only for certain countries? Certain years? Programmable? I have tried the L <-> R toggle on the electric windows switch before engaging reverse but no effect. Suggestions welcome.

It is/was a dealer programmable option usually done at delivery as long as you have memory seats if memory serves. It should be codable by something like Carly (or similar).
