Just Swapped for X5 4.4. 53 plate

Hi all new to BMW, so hoping someone can help even 1 Issue
I have a X5 4.4 petrol auto 53 plate.
1.
Heater not working despite checking obvious fuses etc, blower and air con nothing?
All the individual button lights are lighting up but Nothing.
Consequently can't see out damn screen!
2.
Dash Indicator green turning lights don't work
Indicators do tho, again checked fuses?
3.
Whilst pressing key fob to lock car no beeping or flashing lights occur.
Then by the time I've walked to house, a constant beeping like a reversing lorry beep.
Then it keeps resetting until you unlock door key fob...WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT?
ANY IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

First check battery state of charge running should be 14 v or after overnight 12v ish but make sure it is sound.These cars do not like short journeys ie qiuck dash to shops 1 mile
Is the temp gauge sitting at centre when running.Take time to read forum posts E53 majority of answers there,Alarm ??? under bonnet lefthand side by the strut there is a black button press that a few times may be sticking BE sure your battery is top condition or you will have nightmares re computer is giving you headaches lol ie yellow 4x4 triangle, limp mode when you drive away it is like the brakes are stuck when moving it disappears.
