N57D30 coolant change interval

My F25 30d is now just over 6 years old and done 80k miles. I don't know if the coolant has ever been changed. Does anyone know the recommended time/mileage interval for coolant changes on the N57D30, please? It's probably in the handbook pack, but mine's in the attic and it's too bloody cold to go raking about up there today.

TBH, if it's 5 years it should have already been done because the car was serviced at a BMW dealership in December '17, when it would have been 5 years old. Again, the handbook pack will confirm or deny this for me - when the weather's a bit warmer or I'm feeling braver.

When I first had my E53 it was every two years along with the brake fluid. I’m not sure my now 8 year old X6 with the same engine has ever had it done as BMW stopped the automatic change. The coolant in mine looks fine colour wise and has never needed topping up. Servicing has always been BMW and none of the paperwork lists coolant at all. Possibly there is no longer a ‘recommended’ interval when OEM coolant is used?

I bought a BMW bottle of it years back (just in case) and it’s still sealed and in a cupboard somewhere in the garage.
