Hi im going to do a diy engine oil service over the xmas break, Question is whats the best/correct oil to use in my 2011 40d lci.

Any 0w30 or 5w30 as long it has LL04 on the can.

As above....

Dealers generally use Castrol Edge FST Pro, but any with BMW LL04 will do. It must be fully synthetic though.

I think Amazon have it on special at £28 for 4 litres just now
