I am changing my front brake discs and pads this weekend coming on my 2012 30d X6.
can anyone give me the correct torque settings for the caliper retaining bolts and the guide bolts.
Thanks in advance

Re: Front Brakes
From memory the guide bolts were about 30Nm and the retaining bolts about 110Nm if you remove the retaining bolts you should buy new ones, and you must put blue thread lock on them. Those retaining bolts are tight-fitted for good reason and thread lock is used by the factory. If you do reuse then thread lock them anyway.
I changed my front right callipers, both discs and pads all round back in the Summer. To save putting muck brake fluid back in the system I clamped the pipes off and opened the bleed screw when pushing the piston back.
I also put 5psi of pressure on the system (via a pressure bleeder on the reservoir) to stop air getting back in and bled the brakes at 18psi.

Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.
