2005 E53 retune radio stations

Hi ALL

Please can you help, I have mis-placed my hand book for my E53 4.4, year 2005, I want to retune my radio stations, as only have a few stations available.. has anyone got a idols guild.

Usually US models but still have FM radios  :)
