Guuess it's not illegal strictly speaking, but it can be in a motorway situation - if not under 'AVG speed' or 'stay in lane'
Has anyone been booked?
How else do u pass all the middle-lane hoggers

Re: Undertaking
A police friend of mine said that most traffic police won’t book you if you undertake a car and stay in the slower lane, it’s only if you undertake then weave into lanes 2 or 3 that they’ll book you.
Re: Undertaking
Someone in an Audi A7 did just that last Saturday, passing a slow A6 and me (who was patiently waiting for the A6 blocking the lane ahead to move over, unfortunately he did it right in front of an unmarked TVP vehicle. Not the wisest move and was promptly pulled!
