Won’t be long now....

Post by RichM50d » Tue May 29, 2018 7:14 pm

Until we see what the new X5 will look like.

According to the link, there will be an M50i, so my interest has been aroused!

Rear lights are a real letdown and the “kidneys” are too big, interior very nice

I remember when they launched the F15, loads of posts on here were saying how " Fuggly " it looked.

BMW ‘kidneys’ are generally getting bigger.  My anticipated 220d xDrive Gran Tourer has larger ones than its predecessor too.

There’s some good videos on YouTube, have to say it looks great from every angle.

If I were to get another I’d go for the 50i rather than a 50d. As much as I love mine, a V8 just has something about it.

Same here. The 50i would be my choice. I like the sound of the active grills that open and close, according to your speed. They are saying the new X5 is more aerodynamic than the McLaren F1!

I think the interior looks fantastic, and it looks like they’ve gone full TFT for the dash, which should be fully customisable.

Lovely interior - finally one to match the competition.

Front looks good, the grill is becoming bigger but still nice there's character.

Rear end never was great after they straightened it to get 7 seats in.

the tail lights are a desaster. Done away with their so called 'signature' L-lights?? What's going on even the M8 has the L-light. This looks like the ford s-max's rear end.
