2005 Mk4 SatNav and TV Tuner

hi all

my 2005 x3 e83 has the standard built in satnav, TV, phone etc..

the TV obviously doesn't work because its analogue however the last channel says AV.

anyone know how i can get this AV channel to work or where it plugs in to?

I bought this cable that allows to connect sources. I use it for my reverse camera.

Has it been changed in the past?  Hybrid TV receivers were installed from October 2004 so you should have one.
