Is anyone online that can help now ?

Post by ITBarbie » Sat Feb 19, 2011 3:30 pm

Hi

Just went out and got new Bosch Silver battery. I have replaced it (wow lots of heavy lifting and a pig to get to) but the sat nav screen us still dishwasher colour. Do I have to leave it disconnected for a period of time? Just want to rule out things before I explore another route regards Sat Nav ?

Penny

Having changed a battery myself on t'other half's X5, I know she could never have done it. That damn thing is heavy and awkward. My wife is only 5'2" and would have struggled if she'd had to do it. Snaps to you for achieving it alone.

X5Sport, you should have seen me change my Audi S8 battery......I'm a tad shorter than your wife......had to climb into the boot to get to the thing, which is HUGE even compared to the X5 battery, it is about a third bigger. Needs must! Yay for girl power Penny
