Leaking window washer

I have been greeted by a puddle on the left front wheel (looking at the car from the front), while the washer reservoir is on the opposite side.

No obvious leaking, and access is pretty poor, so before tearing into this or asking the dealer to look into it, has anybody had this problem?

I guess it could be a line from the left headlight washer that is leaking, as that would explain why it is on that side.
