Overboost fuel cut off??

Hi X5 people, I’ve been having problems with my 2002 3.0D turbo wise, has a massive turbo failure before Xmas, so here’s what I’ve done and what the problem is, had the turbo reconditioned, changed crank case breather, changed 2 turbo control valves

The problem is when I get into boost the engine starts to judder and stir off if I don’t lift of the pedal quick enough, could this be the actuator not being set up properly at th recon place?
Any help would be much appreciated

If it was reconditioned and there is a problem, take it back and let them diagnose the issue
