So I have emailed cotswold yesterday as suggested.
Here is their reply for everyone to read:

You are correct in saying it is only listed for cars with S842A cold-climate version. It does not list when using your vehicle details as you say you do not have this option.

It is called a Bypass valve and if you wish to buy the part, it would be non returnable/unwarrantable due to not being listed for your vehicle.

This price is valid for 7 days from today."

Shame you don't know why yours doesn't have it when others do, with or without cold climate option.

Well the way I read it is that I shouldn't have it.
This is a third dealer telling me I don't have it because my car as all UK CARS is not a Cold Climate version S842A
