Hi folks,i had the steering angle sensor coded to the car today but 4x4 light remains lit.chap read the codes for me and are. 55c4 and55d0 which are no message from from dsc.still have the trans fail safe come on when going down a steep hill and when flooring it on the motorway.question is would it be yaw sensor or the module itself.is there a simple test that i can do?

KKX5 , a member on this forum is the transfer box expert, hopefully he will be able to point you in the right direction.

Ok thanks mate,good bit of info there.wonder if its anything to do with the plastic gear in trans case then,even though there is no clicking or anything when turning ignition off.

Hi. You need to be more precise, codes are from Dsc, Vtg or Egs or All of them? Search for an Indy with Bmw soft.
