I’ve read up on radio pixel repairs and it’s a case of send off but ideally looking for someone in the South West to repair.....any suggestions?

Baris at carphonics is your guy - search the forum - many good posts about him. He is not south west (he is in Enfield as far as I recall) but if you're going to send it off then it really doest matter where he is
