I would really recommend you get an error code read done.  The battery voltage causing a gearbox error goes away immediately.  If yours is coming back that points at a potential transmission issue.  Given repairs can cost £2k, a code read could save you money in case something has really gone bad and the box is correctly in protect mode

my mechanic did plug in and reset if i remember it logged 4th & 5th misfuntion .. i will ask him & confirm these codes that we got .. voltage wise on battery  we got correct leveĺs present  .. he did suggest having a gearbox oil change but im not conviced thats the problem as not even trying change to 4th & 5th in manual mode it like the computer shut it off ..

You need those codes as it could be as simple as low fluid level, or a failed solenoid shift valve (easier to fix and common on that box) or a box out and replace all clutch & brake packs, or torque convertor......or others I can’t think of that have affected others on here.

If you do get a hydraulic pressure loss though that will very likely be a rebuild.

Clutch slipping on ratio 4 is what the web reports that as.  A chat with a specialist will tell you where next.  Could be bad fluid but if it really is slipping then a rebuild maybe on the cards unfortunately.  :(

yeah i understand rebuild could be on the cards .. never felt slipping tho but then it doesnt change to 4-5 at minute due to problem although 1-2-3 is strong even on boost .
