You need to put a Canbus cancellation part in there.  LEDs have a far lower resistance than bulbs and the system thinks there is a fault.

LED lights also illuminate far faster than filament so you are seeing the cold lamp check that is normally invisible with conventional bulbs.

You can code out the cold lamp check but will need Canbus cancellers to clear the error code.

I had to code out my LED front side light hot and cold bulb checks on my X3 , used Carly app,  it BMW Scanner 1.4.0 will also do the job.
My HIDS were canbus friendly but still flashed on initial startup , didn't bother coding it out on the X3 as no error warning light.
Also on my E93 I have LED front marker angel eyes, these are canbus friendly, but didn't flay a bulb out warning when the LED burnt out, as the inbuilt load resistor fooled the canbus system that all was OK.
