Help in North east

Hi is there anyone in the north east with a BMW scanner that can turn off " suspect inactive " message on the dash of my x5 or has the knowledge to install the scanner on my laptop, thanks in advance

Try this. Fully charge your battery. Then disconnect and touch the +/- leads together to discharge any static. Then go an make a cup of tea and leave the battery for at least 30 mins. Then reconnect.

Im not guaranteeing it will work bt it is often a battery issue.

Try it - you've nothing to lose but 30 mins of your time. It has worked for others. Me included.
