Fault codes help

Ok folks,i replaced the angle sensor yesterday but dident quite put the steering wheel back on straight.missus on the way back from work tonight and trans fail safe came on again.scanned the car with my new diagnostic tool and got codes 5f42,4f8Eo8 which is an unknown code,and 55D0.am i right in saying the steering wheel will not callibrate unless its put back on straight and this is still causing the failsafe.

almost definitely 100% yes. You have got to have it straight for it to calibrate correctly.

I'd straighten the wheel, clear the errors, and then take it from there
