Steering wheel replacement

Old ones worn out & is horrible to touch, what other models are compatible or is it best to get it refurbished?

Hi

If your car is a pre facelift car you could go for a Facelift X5 wheel or some have even put an E46 M3 wheel on with a new slip ring.

If you do a search for M3 steering wheel it should come up.

I am not sure about any others but one of the others will probably know.

The E46 M3 wheel is a straight fit and the air bag fits the M3 wheel.

On Ebay there is a guy (think from one of the eastern European countries) that sells leather steering wheels with coloured stitching, etc.

My son bought one of them, from Germany, I think, payed about £200 but it is absolutely superb, coloured stitching, 5 star quality.
