Does anyone know if the metallic interior trim panels are available individually, rather than buying a full kit ?
The wife has managed to pull the nsr trim off, then stood on it

Good advice Have only seen them advertised in full sets before, but BMW Direct had them singly. Only problem is they had other stuff for sale, so with black grilles for my 335d also ordered it's cost me twice as much )
As for the wife, I couldn't sell her - I'd have to give her away the clumsy £$*%& ::)

Perhaps tug and pull the wife then stand on her!
Maybe make her think twice next time....
Ps the woman in our lives is invaluable, cars can be repaired!

Get the part number off Realoem and send a PM to Cotswoldbmwmini on here - BMW Dealer giving discounts.
They would be able to tell you what can be done

Pulled it off? They are bolted on. (Door trims are) Which part do you mean exactly? I have replaced the aluminium trim on my drivers door and didn't have to buy a full kit.

The silver plastic trim panel as a whole is bolted onto the doorcard as you say - the aluminium trim is just glued to it. It would have just glued back on if she hadn't stood on it >:(
