So for my first post unfortunately it is with a problem
The battery in my E70 died the other day
So I sourced a new battery fitted it and code the new battery to the ECU. As soon as I started the car the car came up with a load of errors most of these I could clear but I am stuck with one now showing a DTC error with the fault code 00A817.
Does anyone have an idea where to start to look for this or is this going to cost me a trip to the stealers?

Re: Changed battery and now have a load of fault codes
One thing you can also do is drive slowly forward and steer from lock to lock.  On the E53 a battery change could trigger warnings and this was the trick to reset it.
If the suggestion above doesn't work then: Try disconnecting it, waiting 20 mins and reconnect again.
Oh and
 to the madhouse
