Help! E70 Fuel injector activation fault

Help Guys!
Needing some advise on my X5 2008 3.0D. Has anyone had injector activation fault showing for all 6 injectors? Car starts and cuts out right away. Read the codes on Snap On Verdict and it says injection activation fault 1, 2, 3,4,5&6 - 6 times - one per injector...

It may be helpful for other more knowledgeable members to know the error code details to be be able to assist more.

I have heard of one or two injectors but all six is odd and so indicates something else to me.

Have you have any problems with the battery as an old tired one can cause problems? Or put wrong fuel in or replace and electrical component recently if no then electrical some where.

I thought initially a injector control module possibly assuming there is one, but I did a quick search and found this post and sounds similar in terms of not starting and cutting out, and was linked to a faulty low pressure fuel pump and relay so worth checking that I know it's on a 330d but basically the same engine, so worth checking.

Are the codes something like this.
4413 Injector cylinder 1 activation
4423 Injector cylinder 2 activation
4433 Injector cylinder 3 activation

If it is then it's a wire touching.
One wire from an injector has rubbed slightly on one of the injector pipes.
You may not find any rubbed through but put some tape round them where they contact the steel injector pipe.

Did you solve it.. Mine is doing the same thing suddenly... But really intermittent. Could work several miles.. Then start doing it... Then work again. Often under more open throttle.

Also only codes for activation cyl 1-6 injectors.
4 of them are only 6months old, havent touched the car since that.
