Hi to all. I have finally taken the plunge into X5 ownership and purchased an AUC X35d. I had toyed with the idea of an E70 4.8 but my sensible side won. Couldn't really stretch to a 40d (unless higher mileage) and so far very happy.
I have owned BMW's (and an Alpina) in the past but never a 4x4.
I obtained a great deal of info from this site prior to purchase and look forward to a long relationship with both site and car
