Eco Pro on 50D - I'm pretty impressed!

Post by mogsyman » Fri Dec 16, 2016 6:57 pm

Had a nice little run from near Worthing to Newmarket and back and ran in Eco Pro, the results speak for themselves

So, I increased my range by over 50 miles (at one point it was 53 but I had to drive on a few twisties to find a petrol station)

Not bad MPG at all.

And apparently I was good for 750 miles after I filled up!

I am absolutely sold on the 50D, what a great all round machine. I certainly wasn't the slowest on the journey and in fact pretty much simply kept to the speed limits!

WOW that's impressive, and I've always found that all of my cars vans I've had don't really give the best MPG until they surpass at least 20k.
Sounds like a fantastic car with all that power to play with

You're doing better than my 2.0L Škoda!  It struggles to hit 42 - but should do 65.

Obviously I'm a really good and talented driver  :P

I'm averaging 27 or so on a daily basis which I'm still very happy with.
