talk to me about intravee guys

Post by the shreksta » Sun Jan 22, 2017 7:16 pm

getting increasingly piffed off with my 6-cd changer telling me there is no discs yet there is actually 6 discs in it so im considering a intravee.

few quick questions....

which model ipod would i need? (i dont have one at the minute so will have to buy one)

where does the ipod mount? ideally i would like it so its easily removable.

with the fragile electronic system of the x5 with power draws etc.......is the intravee safe and will not stay on etc when not needed?

is it all plug and play or is there soldering etc required?

this is the kit ive seen

Chances are that the laser is dusty or cannot maintain focus.  I don't know whether Carphonics - Baris - does them as well as the Amps, but might be worth a try?

Yes.  It isn't difficult to change laser carriage units if you have the right tools and steady hands.

think im gonna go with an intravee guys

could i mount my ipod in the boot panel with cable ties/sticky back velcro and not have to worry about turning it on or off manually? ie will it power up with the ignition?

i havent got an ipod so im unsure on how they work.

thanks in advance

If the INTRAVEE you get has the latest firmware, wake up mod, then it's fine to leave it in the boot and not worry about start up.
