New Owner - BMW X6 3.0d 2014

Post by Nick M » Tue Jan 10, 2017 7:30 pm

Hi All

Having had a mixture of German cars, I am picking up my X6 (E71) this week.  The car is black with oyster leather.  20" alloys (black), media package (what is this, just Sat Nav?), HI Fi Loud Speaker (again is this just a sub woofer?), reversing camera with top view and a few other bits.  Just thought I would introduce myself as was quite an active member of M3 Cutters forum when I owned an E92 M3.

Hopefully lots of good topics and discussion will take place on here.

Cheers
Nick

Hi and welcome to the forum. Hope you enjoy it.

Sound like a nice colour combination on your X6, and I think it originally had a business spec audio as standard and so I think the next step up was a logic 7 professional system but not sure what that contained but probably upgraded speakers and amp.

There is a vin checker to get all the detail of the spec of your car

It's the right way round on mine.  Not sure about the ///M badges, although they are very discrete.  Must have been something that came with the facelift.
