Think tyre sizes are slightly different though
Front Tyres 255/45/19 - think profile is smaller here as e70 is 255/50/19
rear tyres 285/45/19 - think same as e70
I'm currently running sport 20" on a m sport with mudflaps (which I don't like but they do serve a purpose)

do x6 wheels fit x5 e70?
Re: do x6 wheels fit x5 e70?
Tyre sizes are the same for the E70/71 but the hub centre bores are different so you need spigot rings or milling. It depends upon the alloy rim widths too, and if they are genuine or not.
Mine are 255/50 R19 front, rears are 285/45 R19 as above.
I run 20" summer/19" winter, both are staggered and I have mud flaps too.

No X6 wheels won't fit on an e70 without two of the centre bores being milled out.
X6 will fit directly on e53
E70 will fit on an x6 and e53 with the addition of spigot rings.

I have 19" X5 winter wheels and tyres on my X6.
They are a square setup running 255/50/19 front and back.
The rears as already said need spigot rings

Thanks all
Any of pics from side and rear as mudflaps makes the wheels look smaller with bigger gap to feel

Only image I have. The 19" wheels sit approx 25mm further in than the 20". They do look a little lost in the arches compared to the 20".

Thanks
Whoops I thought you had e70
Even the 20" in mine look lost from the wrong angle at the rear with the mud flaps

I would always be paranoid with wheels that aren't meant for it as the transfer box may get squiffy....could be wrong but I always stick to what the BMW standard were. What does it say on the sticker on the door ref wheel sizes?
