Looking for Reliable BMW aftercare (service)

Post by sanjivsai » Tue Nov 01, 2016 7:06 pm

Dear All,

Has anyone come across a reliable BMW dealership that provides good aftercare service in north / north west London ?

If so, please can you provide me with the details.

Many thanks
Sanjiv

Hi Sanjiv,

Not sure if you want just a main dealer, but if you are happy to use an independant BMW specialist garage than I HIGHLY recomend P&R BMW Specialist in Hayes, NW London; http://www.prbmw.co.uk/testimonials/

They are 5 star all the way and I can confirm from first hand expericence that they will NOT rip you off... Example is that I had the infamous 'ABS/TYRE/4x4/HAND BRAKE' lights on my dash not long after I bought it and having no real understanding of this common problem... I took it to a local "BMW Specialist" garage (will remain un-named) who was trying to tell me I needed a new auto gearbox at a cost of almost £2500! So I took it to P&R for a second opinion and it ended up being nothing more than a faulty wheel sensor and O ring... Cost £200!
