Another correct tyre pressure thread

Post by MSPORTBMW » Tue Oct 04, 2016 12:40 pm

Hi Guys......On my 2009 X5 3.0d, i am running 19" wheels with the 255 front and 285 rear (non run flats)
However im a little confused with what is the correct pressures that are written on the door pillar for my particular setup.
Could someone with more knowledge tell me what are the correct pressures for front and rear for a normal load, and also with a full load please.  I am off to Cornwall on thursday and there will be me and my wife, 3 kids in the back and a boot full of luggage, so i wanted to make sure the tyres for this 800+ mile round trip are correct.

Many thanks

That will be 'full load' so use the highest number on the pressure plate (usually three or more figures plus cases symbols).
:ant: Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.
