Could someone give me some info regarding rear lights

Post by Gazzi c » Thu Sep 08, 2016 6:34 pm

I have ordered a new set of rear inner light clusters as my old ones was letting water in but the ones I've ordered are marelli led ones, are they a direct plug and play and will they make my car think that the bulbs have blown because mine is a pre facelift with normal bulbs? Thanks in advance Gaz

pre lci and post lci both are LED type. LCI ones has one less bulb that need coding to work with pre lci cars.
fitting is simple replacement. If you ordered the pre LCI that has led (upper part) and a bulb, you will not need any coding its direct replacement.

Thanks libra007 fitting was fairly easy a real pita getting the sticky sealant off though and I had to rewire one of the ISO connectors as the rust had welded the socket into the light cluster but now they are in and work at treat with no coding needed they are marelli 2006 - 2010 lights if any else need any
