CUSTOMER > no tyres are fine. I read on the internet there is a know defect with x drive cars...somthing called the transfer box?
DEALER > ok book it in and we will diagnose it....
DEALER > 10 days later sir we couldnt find the fault so we did a software update...car now adapts to how you drive
CUSTOMER > oh wow so my AUC toy really is now the ultimate driving machine...but software update did nothing but screwed up my sat nav
DEALER > ok so probably is transfer box we will replace if found faulty under warranty
CUSTOMER > no probs give us another hire car so far i have driven the 1 , 2, 3 series so mini or m power pretty please
DEALER > 14 days later called to say tranfer box tested and found faulty so replace under warranty FOC
CUSTOMER > 2 weeks in the hire car was great my wife loved parking it on multi storey car parks and people actually let you out of junctions unlike the X5.
CUSTOMER > X5 now running silky smooth and living the dream in the beast.
