The manual says that if the door mirror switch is toward the driver's side the passenger mirror will tilt down when the car is put in reverse. It doesn't.
In my three E46's this worked, and other BMWs. Why not in this 2016 X1?
Is it part of another option such as folding mirrors? The manual doesn't state what is and isn't an option unfortunately!
Thanks.

Re: 2016 X1 F48 mirror question
In my F15 X5 the passenger mirror tilts down only when the door mirror switch is selected to the driver's side and reverse is engaged. It does have auto-folding mirrors also. I know that isn't likely a lot of help.
