Standard Ambient Interior Lighting - what do you actually get?

The current F15 has interior ambient lighting package as standard, does that include the the lighting that is changable all over the car to include front dash etc. or is that a further option?

Unfortunately the BMW website isn't as clear as it could be  :-[

Yes, it includes the colour changing lighting throughout the cabin, front and rear. With the MY2017 there will now be 9, yes NINE colours to choose from! But they have removed the lights on the back of the front seats for MY17

Actually I wasn't interested in this as an option but looking around the BMW website (for the 6 millionth and seventy ninetieth time this month) I see it's on the car but the website is unclear (to me anyway  )

Anyway, thanks for the clarification and when I get my car (sooner than you will  ) I'll be having a play with it
