When I currently hold down the lock key on my M5 the wing mirrors fold in.
I have spec'd Comfort Access on my new X5, will the mirrors fold if I touch the door handle long enough?
Thanks

Yes they will so long as you have electric folding mirrors (which we will) - the delay is 2-3 seconds like the remote. We have it on the M135i.
It can be coded for a shorter delay which I did on my 335, likely to code that on my 50d as well (along with ASS remember last setting!).

Thanks for the reply and good to know they'll fold.

You need a laptop, OBDII cable, BMW eSys software.
Lots of parameters to change, lighting, behaviour when locking/unlocking, DVD in motion, auto stop/start disabled or to remember last setting.
I'll dig out some info, if you fancy coding I have the setup and have done loads on the 335 - we can meet up and go through it.
