Some people offering this service on the F26 on ebay. I made sure to find a car with sun protection glass on it.

I've had my rear windows tinted albeit on an E83 and not an F25.  My mate has his own tinting company and did mine for me.  He's down in Glasgow if you fancied a run down from Fife.

He did mine for £150 back in November but not sure if that was mates rates or not.  All my mates use him and his work is first class.

If you google Diamond Tints Glasgow you'll find him ;)

If you want to use him let me know and I'll give you more details.

Are you going for the factory tint or jet black look?

I'm not convinced the factory tint is dark enough.
This is mine, occasionally I think about making it darker to protect from prying eyes. Also got a 3 month old and don't like putting her in the hot car.

The tint level will have very little overall effect on the interior temp unless you use Infra-Red screening tints/mirror coating.  You still have front screen and side windows that let everything through and there are the acres of metal to heat things up.

BMW sell it as 'privacy' glass and not thermal screening.  They used to offer double glazing and anti-IR windscreens as a way of reducing the temps.

What I have found that helps are the built in blinds.  We could not get those for the Mini and I bought 'Window Sox' which go over the top of the rear doors (inside and out) like....well...a sock.  Australian made good kit, and kept that car much cooler when our little man was just a few months old.
