I drive split screen

My I drive seems to be very hit and miss on the information it chooses to display , since owing the car I've only twice managed to get album art to show in the split screen as in the below screen shot. Also when I get in the car 1st time of the day the screen has normally reset itself to menu choices in the main window and car position in the split screen , rather than Nav and entertainment details which is my default choice.

Any pointers as to what I could be doing wrong would be appreciated .

Got memory seats?  Try setting what you want and then storing the settings.  It may be an issue with the key memory setting itself and that can be fixed using seat memory - seems to work on mine at least.  No idea why it misbehaves though!  >:(

have tried your suggestion for a week or so and the screen still flips to main menu screen after a few days.

I have discovered that i can get the album art to display on every occasion of i use apple music rather than spotify so i assume this is just as app thing.

Mine does the same split screen frequently defaults back to nav gps position. Sorry I haven't found a fix its very annoying !
