Tow ball height

Getting a little concerned that the tow ball height on my X5 is alittle high as its 435 to the centre of the ball can anybody else check there's and let me know

Noticing the caravan looks to ride a little nose high instead of nose down

Just to check do you have the factory fit tow bar that swivels out from behind the bumper?

I have the E70 which is almost the same and the height to the centre of the ball on my Westfalia detachable towbar is 435mm - the same as yours. My van rides almost level and towes perfectly behind the X5. Previous tow vehicles had the van slightly nose down, but none of my X5's have towed this way.

All ride heights checked and are ok but ball is still 435  no adjustment on either suspension or tow ball so just have to live with it

I'm away in France and will measure mine when I get back my only problem is I get a lot of noise from the tow hitch when towing.

Hi I get quite a by of noise especially when it's warmed up doesn't matter if I clean before each fitting think it's way it connects to chassis etc it amplifies the noise

The car tows very well even with the slight high front end just I struggle to get any nose weight what so ever
