Last week my front passenger door got stuck shut (again). After opening it in a very secret way I took the door panel off to lubricate the offending pivot inside the door latch.
Anyway, I put it all back together but now the one touch operation on that particular window won't work which means I have to hold my finger on the button which is somewhat inconvenient.
Any ideas?

passenger window
Re: passenger window
There is something going on here- one minute the auto up works, then it doesn't the next. Now I've noticed that the door won't unlock via remote. I have to press the button down. I cant stand this manual stuff.

Wiring loom! Check the door connector to the body is fully home, clean and dry.

Re: passenger window
Fixed. Two pins on the centre connector to the window switch were slightly corroded. I wouldn't have thought it would affect the door locking.
Maybe something to check if anyone's locks pack up.

Could be a common earth or similar kind of voltage loop at a speculative guess. Glad it was a simple fix.
