Re-map tuning in Lancashire?

Post by Le Mans » Fri Jul 08, 2016 8:05 am

Anybody know of anybody in the north west who can remap my x5? I have a 2006 x5 Le Mans 06 and was looking at tuning boxes but with mixed reviews so thought I would see if there is anybody near where I live who does this and is good at what they do? Any help appreciated. Cheers

Rather envious guys...my V8 petrol combined MPG books at 19! Achievable but makes for frequent trips to see the friendly petrol station man!

My 4.6 clocks 17mpg used daily and I pay 50p a Ltr for LPG. less than half price of petrol, so I rate my mpg as over 34mpg petrol price wise. Well happy with that for a big V8. I do 10k a year and thats nearly £3k in petrol or £1.5k in LPG. So in 1 year you have payed for the conversion. If your keeping the vehicle it's something to think about.
