New transfer case needed for the 40d
I have the dreaded juddering on sharp turns. Can anybody recommend a source on ebay? Stealer wants about €3k here in France. I see them much lower on ebay but would like to have your recommendations.

Hi
Just a small piece of advice. I had the terrible judder on tight turns, parking etc and was getting ready to jump in and get the transfer case swapped. Before i did i thought i would change out the transfer case oil myself. I have just done a 2000 mile caravan holiday pulling and manouvering a two tonne caravan and have never once heard or felt the judder. It was incredibly noticeable and intrusive before and now it is silent and smooth again.
Hope this helps.
PS.
Use the correct BMW oil expensive at around £40 a litre but more than worth it in my experience.
