So instead of going the nissan leaf route but still wanting cheap benefit in kind we decided to go with the Mercedes C350e.  No idea how it goes yet though as its still on charge    ::)

That looks good and the hybrid option is interesting.

Keep us posted on how it works out as I think this Is probably the way forward for a lot of us over the next few years.
