What's missing???

Hi all,
In between the cig lighter & ashtray there is an 'ole, what's the hole for? Is it normal? Is there summat missing?
What do I need?

It's the ejector seat button but seems to have been removed or disabled on your model.

Ahhhhh' That makes perfect sense, I had it at the mechanics to get it coded out, didn't think he'd remove the button though.
