2005 BMW E53 3.0d sport auto
Hi guys
I am putting my X5 up for sale
It's a 2005 3.0d sport auto in Estoril blue with black leather
The car has the usual options such as, sat nav, memory electric seats, panoramic roof, front and rear sensors, privacy glass, auto lights/wipers, xenons etc etc!
It has done 89000 with full history, and has literally just had a full inspection service at Munich legends with the following done
All filters changed
New crankcase filter
New maf
New thrust arm bushes
New balljoint
Brake fluid service
Gearbox serviced
Transfer box oil changed
Coolant changed along with new thermostat
I have also done the following to the car
Bm54 upgrade repair
Intravee with extras options including DRL and folding mirrors on lock etc
New mk4 DVD drive with latest 2016 maps
new front discs and pads last year
Aux input in front ashtray
20" lemans alloys with new tyres on rear and recent new front tyres
4.8is rear boxes
Led upgraded Angel eyes
Led interior lights
Led number plate lights
New mot done today 12/01/2016
I have the full bookpack for the car and all receipts for work, two keys, V5 and mot.
The recent service work is all documented and has cost a fair bit, I have been told that the discs on the car are warped as slight judder under breaking, I was told this by Munich legends, and will hopeful get these changed also, the car has wanted for nothing and is my pride and joy, there is a genuine reason for sale as I am starting a new business venture.
The car is based in either West Sussex or Surrey near Reigate as I travel between both places
I am looking for offers in the region of £9000
All viewings and inspections are welcome.
I will have pictures shortly once I find my camera
Please contact me for any further info or build sheet
Car is used daily so mileage may go up slightly
Cheers
Ollie

Thank you for that, I only got my car in Feb, and want to change a few things, the ashtray being one.

Here you go Richard, please excuse the dust etc as I use the car for work, it's a worthwhile mod! I have Apple Music on my phone so it's good to just be able to plug the phone in and play whatever whenever, and it's an easy mod to do, I can still close and use the fuction of the ashtray if need be, you can really put the input whoever you want, I didn't want it in the glovebox as I want to be able to change music as and when

Hi Richard, I am not sure if there is any difference in the looms or if you may need to get a different kit, one of the super clued up members on here will probably know for sure, I had a look on real oem and can't see anything, ask on the general e53 forum and someone will know

Ahhh ok
Have a look on bmminiparts.com, I ordered my kit from there, wasn't expensive and genuine BMW, the other thing you could fit is an intravee device? I have one tucked up in the boot, can connect iPod to it and retains the functions of the stereo and steering wheel for track changes etc, plus you get extras on the device which will allow you to change settings of stuff like daytime running lights (halos) folding mirrors, welcome lights and the list goes on etc
Cheers
