How go is the oil level senior in I drive as mine keeps saying  over filled but the dipstick says ok if it's a faulty senor are they easy to change

Had same problem mine was faulty sensor they replaced sensor it wouldn't reset so the dealer had to drain oil for second time then it reset

There's a dipstick? Thought with the electronic sensor they did away with the manual dipstick?

Nah, they put it back after complaints!  Black knob at the back right of the engine.  Not even BMW Techs knew it was there!

I see that on mine when washing n polishing under bonnet the other day tbought it was gearbox dipstick.

Glad its engine oil level as i allways like to have a manual look.
