Sorry but is there some where that can tell me if I have swirl flaps or not I have a m57n2 engine and its FF02 35d June 2009 E70 model thanks for any help

Yes you do. Only the E53 X5 doesn't have them.
Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.

You do but the ingested swirl flap issue was from much earlier. I wouldn't worry about them as the spindles were strengthened to stop them breaking and ruining engines. A regular oil change and your good to go go go
