I have the card with symbols but there a multiple numbers in each box

Each number is for the fuse(s) on that function. There are ten fuses just on the Comfort Access - which does seem crazy to me! No wonder fault finding is so tricky!
The symbol above it is probably actually the infotainment system......with 13 different fuses

Crazy and as per other posts I best not mess about and have auto electrician to investigate
